Sneha's background includes classical dance, Kalaripayattu, boxing, and Muay Thai. Having overcome her own movement-related injuries through Pilates, she teaches with a focus on mindful movement, strength with control, and a deeper connection with the body.
She has also appeared on screen as an actor — bringing the same focus and presence to her work in film.
